Hi there, I’m Kelsie (she/her); I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and have experience working within the mental health field with youth and adults, which continues to fuel my passion for helping others find their spark again. I strive to ensure individuals feel safe, supported and heard while exploring personal, emotional, and/or psychological issues through building genuine connection and showing up with empathy.

With a growth mindset, I am particularly drawn to helping others seeking the same; to help build resilience and overcome any challenges. By meeting my clients where they are in their journey, I will provide a foundation for you to explore what your personal wellbeing looks like for you through a tailored approach. 

As a therapist, I prioritize the needs of each client and their unique challenges. I strive to foster connection through a collaborative approach to achieve therapeutic and personal goals. I recognize that not all clients are the same, and therefore will often draw from various modalities and strength-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), etc., to empower clients and foster positive change.
